This is a nuanced and captivating wine.  Very aromatic with a nose reminiscent of a spice box, cherry pie and  clay minerality.  Seamless and broad on the palate, with layers of succulent fruit, spice, citrus and savory notes.  The harmonious and very expansive finish lingers endlessly.  This is a gorgeous wine, although tempting to drink now, the longer you can wait to drink it the more rewarding it will be.  100% Whole cluster.  Best from 2026 to 2038.

Memoirs is a tribute to fond recollections of my family.  The picture on the 2023 label features "Little Mo", a picture of myself sitting on the oranges in my father's store when I was ~2 years old.. 

The 2023 Memoirs is a blend of pinot Noir crafted from all the the vineyards I source fruit from.  The nose is perfumed with black cherry and a medley of spices.  Vibrant on the palate, with layers of red/black fruit and a hint of black pepper.  The long finish is layered and harmonious. It's approachable young but will  benefit from time in the cellar. Best from 2025 to 2035.
