2023 Ayoub Pinot Noir - Estate Vineyard

Perfumy and seductive nose with wild strawberry, nutmeg and wet stone.  Satiny and complex on the palate, with a medley of bright red fruit and a hint of mandarin orange. This wine is silky with a sophisticated focus.  Beautiful and nuanced wine with a long flirtatious finish.  It needs time to reveal its full beauty.  One of the best Estate pinots ever made! Best from 2025 to 2038.
