2023 Ayoub Pinot Noir - Anonimo Vineyard

Captivating nose with black cherry, raspberry, cinnamon, Earl Grey tea and a hint of blood orange.
Luscious on the palate with refined tannins that envelopes a core of spiced dark red fruit
on the long persisting finish. Tempting to drink now but will develop beautifully with time.
This wine was fermented with 12% Whole Cluster.  Best from 2026 to 2038.
