2023 Ayoub Pinot Noir - Brittan Vineyard

Very aromatic with black raspberry, dried violet and slate minerality.   The palate is lively with juicy acidity, compelling dark fruit, umami, black pepper and stony minerality.  The persistent finish is energetic, layered and  powerful.  Tru reflection of the terroir of this vineyard.  Would benefit from time in the cellar. Best from 2026 to 2038.
