2022 Ayoub Pinot Noir - Anonimo Vineyard

Captivating nose with black cherry, cinnamon, jasmine tea and a hint of licorice.
Luscious on the palate with refined tannins that envelopes a core of spiced dark red fruit
and bergamot tea.  Long harmonious finish, tempting to drink now but will develop beautifully with time.
This wine was fermented with 10% Whole Cluster.  Best from 2025 to 2037.
