2021 Ayoub Pinot Noir - Estate Vineyard

Perfumy and seductive nose with wild strawberry, red sherry, orange blossom and nutmeg.  Satiny and complex on the palate, with generous bright red cherry, raspberry, savory notes and lots of tension. This wine is silky with a sophisticated focus.  This is a beautiful wine, another great expression of the Estate vineyard, that needs time to reveal its full beauty.  Best from 2023 to 2033.
