2021 Ayoub Pinot Noir - Anonimo Vineyard

Captivating nose with a medley of spices, black cherry and savory notes.
Harmonious on the palate with refined tannins that envelopes a core of spiced dark red fruit
and orange peel accented with minerals.  This wine was fermented with 5% Whole Cluster.
Tempting to drink now but will develop beautifully with time. Best from 2023 to 2033.
