2021 Ayoub Pinot Noir - ??? Vineyards

Why ??? Vineyards?  Simple, I couldn't put the name of the vineyards on the label.  Sourcing from some of the Dundee Hills finest fruit, the wine quality is tremendous. It has a gorgeous bouquet of strawberry, black sherry, orange laced with nutmeg.  It portrays structure and power on the palate with a mix of red fruit, candied orange peel and a lingering spicy finish.  Complex with juicy acidity and seductive tannins, delicious!
Best from 2023 to 2033.
